Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. The total amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount — no hidden charges.
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-9 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation (for COD) or payment confirmation (for UPI). Unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues may cause delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.
We validate delivery pincodes during checkout to ensure your area is serviceable. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process. For serviceability queries, please contact us at care@gosowear.com.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund.
