Return Policy

At GOSO WEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at care@gosowear.com or call us at +91 83494 60551 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Timelines

Return Approval: Within 2 business days of receiving the return request

Quality Check: Within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Processing: Within 5-7 business days after quality check approval

Total Timeline: 7-10 business days from return receipt to refund credit

Refunds for UPI payments will be credited back to the original payment source. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you will need to provide your bank account details.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at care@gosowear.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process after delivery. For cancelled orders with UPI payment, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Items purchased during clearance sales marked as "non-returnable" are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion. Shipping charges for returning damaged items will be borne by GOSO WEAR.
